It’s that time again! Are you as excited as I am?
Our first sale of the season will be a moving sale on Friday and Saturday, April 27th and 28th, from 8am until 3pm. The sale will be at 363 Winding Way in Incline Village.
There is a Cal-King bed, a queen and two twins, down comforters, a washer and dryer, refrigerator, couches, loveseats, tables and chairs. The dining room table has two extra leaves and eight chairs. Everything goes! Everything pictured is for sale, but not everything for sale is pictured. There are many interesting items to be found and everything is in excellent condition.
As always, Fridays are just for customers of Jane’s Gems and their guests. Saturday, we will be open to the public, so get there early for the best stuff.

Just off Lakeshore in Incline Village, this high end home is exquisitely furnished. Everything is in excellent condition and looks barely used. Now is the time to get that one excellent piece you have been waiting for. If fine rugs are your thing, they are here! BIG screen TV’s (65”, 54” Sony and Panasonic), one King Bed, several queens, dressers, nightstands and smaller household items. Have a look at that dining room table! It has leaves that pull out so no one has to sit at the kids table for the holidays. All of the outdoor furniture includes cushions that have been put inside to keep them in excellent condition. We are liquidating the estate of a long time Incline resident. Proceeds will go towards his extended care. An amazing man who like to collect brass, art and raccoons. Everything must go. From lightbulbs to fine art and everything in between. We are waiting to hear if the house will be sold furnished. If so, the larger pieces of furniture will not be for sale. I will update you in the pre-sale email. As always, Fridays are just for customers of Jane’s Gems and their guests. Saturday, we are open to the public. So, get there Friday for the best deals. Donate to a Good Cause!
We are currently looking for furniture for donation to the Incline Village Community Hospital’s “CLASSY GARAGE SALE”. Proceeds to benefit the hospital, a very good cause. We will pick up your gently used furniture for free and a tax deductible donation ticket will be provided. Please call me at 775-842-1022 for more information, or to schedule a pick up.
Can’t donate? Please attend on June 10th, 2017 between 8am and 2pm in the hospital parking lot. The pictures you see are just a sample from our first donation. There will be many treasures to be found. The community really comes through for this yearly event. A good time for a good cause. More pictures will be posted as the donations roll in (we hope!).
