This sale is simply AMAZING! At this point, it is by invitation only and will not be open to the general public. That means YOU’RE SPECIAL and YOU’RE INVITED!

The sale will be indoors on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 11-13 from 9am until 3pm at 898 Lake Country Drive in Incline Village. If you take Village up towards Country Club, it is the last street on the left.

I have all the prices, so if you see something you like, give me a call at 775-842-1022. Not everything is pictured, but everything pictured is for sale. There will be only one sign, so be sure to write down the address.

This house is so pristine, we have to take off our shoes to go in. No furniture can be removed before the 11th, but you can buy it in advance, if you simply MUST have it. There is not a mark on anything. This furniture was barely used.

Our next sale might be the best one we’ve ever had.

Exquisite mountain furnishings. It’s a bit of a hike to Tahoe City, but well worth the drive. It will be held Friday and Saturday, September 27th and 28th, from 8am until 3pm at 430 Granlibakken Road. Everything is in pristine condition and everything goes! If you go through Tahoe City from Kings Beach, you will go left at the Y (West Lake Blvd) and it will be a short hop down the road on your right. Just follow the pink signs. Our Next Sale is Coming Quick

Our next sale is this weekend, Friday and Saturday, August 9th and 10th from 8am until 3pm. It is located at 981 Galaxy Way. If you go up Mt. Rose, it is the first left past the fire station and then your first right. Just follow the pink signs. A bit of a hike, but well worth the trip. Everything goes. We have a queen and king bed, both pillow top and both in EXCELLENT condition. We also have a beautiful brown suede couch with matching chair and ottoman, big screen TV, dressers, camping stuff, kitchen items, antiques, bookcases and a garage full of stuff. Anyone need a giant fake ficus? We’ve got one. Tons of stuff. The whole house! Not NEARLY everything is pictured, but everything pictured is for sale. The owner had fabulous taste in art, furniture, wine, and lamps! The crown jewels of the sale are a Silver Sand/Walnut Bentley, a telescope from a Russian destroyer and a Replogle globe  These are must-see items. There are Stickley living room pieces, gorgeous teak dining room and outdoor furniture, beautiful original paintings, a huge wine collection, a snowblower, TV’S, beds, dressers, kitchen items, and much much more! I love the unique lamps, too. Everything must go. There are many treasures to be found. It is the entire estate. The sale will be open to the public both Friday and Saturday. Interesting Stuff for Sale!

Our first sale of the season will be at 902 Jennifer in Incline Village on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st, from 8am until 3pm. Nowhere near everything is pictured, but you can get an idea of the volume. Since there is so much to move, this one is open to the public on both Friday and Saturday, so try to get there early. The top items are a near new Kitchen Aid Mixer, goose down comforters, tools, bikes, dishes, china and flatware, pots and pans, a huge set of Philippine Monkey Pods (a dollar off if you know what a Monkey Pod is) and lots of golf balls, putters and sporting goods. There is something for everyone at this sale. I can’t WAIT to see everyone! Let the season begin.

Our next sale will be Friday, September 21st and Saturday, September 22nd, from 8am until 3pm at 123 Juanita #1-4. It is in the Forest Pine Condominiums, located just off Village and Lakeshore.

As always, Fridays are just for customers of Jane’s Gems and their guests, so get there early if you can. The crown jewel of the sale is the leather and suede sectional couch, but we have lots of dressers and nightstands, four beds, mirrors and a dining room table.

This is an especially good sale if you are trying to furnish a rental unit. Good stuff that is priced to sell! Not everything is pictured, but everything pictured is for sale and EVERYTHING must go.

We Have a Very Interesting Estate Sale Coming Up.

Our next sale will be Friday and Saturday, July 27th and 28th from 8am until 3pm at 982 Sand Iron. Located on the golf course in Incline Village. The crown jewel is a grandfather clock from the late 1700’s. The sale also features quite a bit of Stickley furniture. There are many interesting pieces, including beds, vintage tables and pictures, brass figures and ceramics from occupied Japan as well as vintage clothing vintage clothing. There are many treasures to be found. Please see all pictures. As always, Fridays are just for customers of Jane’s Gems. Saturday, we are open to the public, so get there early for the best deals.

Our next sale will be Friday and Saturday, May 25th and 26th, from 8am until 3pm. I don’t have very many pictures for you due to movers and painters, so you are going to have to stop by. The highlights are two bunkbeds, one super high end couch (no picture-sorry), coffee table, chairs, a pool table, the beige sofa in the pictures is a Tempurpedic sleeper sofa, a Whirlpool freezer, king bed frame and much more.
