These solid wood doors were created in the late 1800’s. They were originally hung in the Officer’s Club of the Presidio in San Francisco. They were removed when it was extensively remodeled in 1933-1934. When U.S. troops occupied the post in 1847, they rebuilt the roof of the Spanish Mexican-era adobe.
